A Level Results 2019

blogEntryTopperOnce again, we are delighted by the outstanding results achieved by our dedicated and hard working sixth form learners with 2019 giving us yet another excellent crop of Post 16 performance results. All students gained qualifications with many of pupils gaining A*/A or equivalent in many subject areas. Exceptional results were also achieved in the demanding and academically challenging Advanced Skills Challenge Certificate.

The school is proud of the fact that pupils were placed on the correct learning pathway enabling them to achieve these extremely strong results. Performances at the highest level of excellence were gained by our learners.
The school is delighted that the vast majority of students have been able to take up a place at one of their universities of choice.

The Headteacher, Mr Dave Humphreys said: “Congratulations to all our learners for their successes in these important examinations. Bryn Elian learners have once again demonstrated that the school successfully provides both academic rigour alongside broader achievements, through an innovative curriculum which embraces academic, vocational and extra-curricular opportunities. Thanks must also go to parents and guardians for all the support they have provided the school. Parental support is something that we, as a school, appreciate very much. The staff at the school have worked tirelessly throughout the duration of these courses and both they and the learners should be proud of the results their hard work has yielded. We wish all the learners the very best of luck for their continued studies.’

Mr Phil Capper, Chair of the school Board of Governors added his thanks to all staff for their hard work and hearty congratulations to all the learners on their phenomenal success on behalf of the Governing body. He also wished to express a thank you to all the parents who have offered unstinting support to the school.
